This booth presented a challenge due to the huge size (1200 sq ft) and the design elements we wanted to add to it. Booths are unique in that there’s a need for significant preplanning offsite, and then a very limited time to build at the show and
improvise when struggles arise.

Unsatisfied with a plain or otherwise simple final product, this booth incorporates:

• 5 different “zones” across 3 levels
• French knot inlay detail that runs through the booth
• Waterfall bar top, seating, and planters created by seamlessly bending and joining glass-fiber reinforced decking
• 2 different pergolas
• 20’ brand logo inlay
• 3 decking lines showcased, plus a flooring line, fencing line, and pergola line
• Installation of lighting throughout the booth as well as a dedicated demo wall for a hands-on education session

Our outdoor showroom updates were built to showcase the many varieties of projects we can offer to our clients so they can truly be in the spaces and experience them, all areas are fully functioning and usable. Our biggest obstacle was the need to build it in phases so we could slowly work on it outside of our busy project schedule so there were times where we needed to modify the vision in order to ensure it all flowed together. Each one of our carpenters had a hand in creating the space so all their work could be shown. It includes:

• Various decks showcasing different decking and railing products
• A freestanding pavilion that features our unique “faux” fireplace design w/electric unit, concrete mantle and aluminum cladding to help clients see an alternative to traditional/more expensive fireplaces
• Different styles of infrared heaters
• Variety of patio styles including paver patio, stamped and exposed aggregate styles incorporated into the space
• Custom outdoor kitchen area including a wide variety of equipment as well as stone countertops
• Custom putting green with landscaping surround
• Custom shade beams – alternative to traditional pergolas
• Built in custom composite benches
• Custom landscape designs
• Low voltage landscape lighting

We built a massive display for all of the Old Castle brands at the IBS Convention in Las Vegas. This included multiple levels of Moistureshield decking, a section of Instadeck decking, RDI and Barrette railings, Belgard pavers, lighting, and brand displays including their famous convention tree.

Some key details:

• We installed an inlay of the Old Castle logo at the very front of the display.
• There was also an office built for onsite meetings during the convention. This room has a functioning door and roof and the floor was built completely with Moistureshield Decking.
• Every part of our decking and railing display was built onsite and was not prebuilt and delivered. Every cut was done at the Las Vegas Convention Center!
• Everything in the display was functional including all of the electrical and lighting!
