MoistureShield, an Oldcastle APG brand, announced its agreement with BlueLinx, a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of residential and commercial building products, to expand its position in Texas. BlueLinx branch locations in Dallas and Houston will offer the full line of MoistureShield composite decking products, adding San Antonio in early 2023.
BlueLinx Holdings Inc. has acquired privately-held Vandermeer Forest Products, a wholesale distributor of building products, for a purchase price of $67 million, which includes $3.6 million for the distribution facility and real estate in Spokane, Washington and $63.4 million for the business.
MoistureShield® has expanded distribution with four BlueLinx Corporation branch locations in Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Omaha, NE; and Nashville, TN.
MoistureShield® has expanded in Minnesota with BlueLinx Corporation.
