FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 11, 2026-All Points Technical, Inc. (ATP), a provider of offshore technical services to the construction and building components industry, announced the acquisition of an ownership stake of Solutions 4 Design, LLC (S4D), an architectural, engineering and building components industry services firm with operations in the United States and Honduras.
This partnership strengthens ATP’s global delivery model and expands its capabilities in truss design, material takeoffs, CAD services, and engineering support. It also positions the combined organization to enter new growth areas, including modular construction, MEP design, and AIenabled technical services.
Following the acquisition, ATP now operates across four countries— the United States, Honduras, Vietnam, and India—providing clients with scalable access to highly skilled engineers, architects, and technical professionals across multiple time zones.
“This acquisition represents an important step in our long-term growth strategy,” said Dave Walstad, CEO of All Points Technical, Inc. “We have been actively pursuing strategic partnerships that enhance our ability to deliver high-quality, hard-to-find technical talent on a global scale. Bringing S4D into our organization accelerates that vision and strengthens the value we provide to our clients.”
Founded in 2020, All Points Technical has over two decades of experience delivering offshore technical services, particularly in truss design and material takeoffs. The company is widely recognized as the gold standard and early pioneer in 2002 for offshore support for the North American construction market. Following the acquisition, ATP plans to further expand its service offerings and deepen its presence across multiple technical disciplines.
“Partnering with ATP brings significant offshore expertise to our business and enhances our ability to support clients at a higher level,” said Jarred Frescura, Managing Director of Solutions 4 Design, LLC. “We look forward to expanding our capabilities in architectural and engineering services, rendering, deck design, Revit, AutoCAD, truss design, and material takeoffs.”
