Keith Penkaty has joined TSARSI as its new Estimating Development Manager, bringing more than three decades of experience in the building materials and construction industry.
Most recently, Penkaty served as Manager of the Central Estimating Department at US LBM (Hines Lumber), where he led a high-performing estimating team, managed complex project reviews, and played a key role in delivering accurate, timely material take-offs to support sales and operations.
Penkaty’s background spans estimating, design, and field operations, giving him a practical, end-to-end understanding of what it takes to support builders and drive profitable growth for LBM dealers. His leadership experience and deep industry knowledge make him uniquely positioned to help elevate both team performance and customer outcomes.
At TSARSI, Penkaty will focus on continuing to develop and scale our LBM estimating team in Vietnam, both in person and virtually, while enhancing quality control and strengthening client relationships across our U.S. customer base. His addition reinforces TSARSI’s commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality estimating solutions that help our partners win more work and operate more efficiently.
Outside of work, Penkaty enjoys spending time with his wife and their two adult children. Penkaty enjoys traveling with his family, and in his spare time, he also participates in model train exhibits and shows.
