- HDUE™ holdown – a code-listed holdown designed to meet the increased design demands of today’s residential structures. Offering higher allowable loads than previous models, the HDUE is an easy, one-to-one replacement for our industry-leading HDU.
- SABR™ anchor bolt – a sweeping cast-in-place anchor offered in a range of diameters. With a 6” threaded section, this anchor bolt accommodates a variety of holdown seat heights, on a 2x or 3x sill plate, including the new HDUE.
- PFPS™ post frame purlin splice connector – a splice that eliminates the need to offset and overlap purlins, keeping them in line along the entire length of a gable roof while allowing the use of shorter, more economical purlin stock.
