FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
“This year’s Stellar Service winners truly represent the best of the best,” said Todd Phariss, TrexPro Program Manager. “By listening closely to homeowners and putting their needs first, these TrexPro contractors deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust, quality and craftsmanship. Their commitment continues to set the standard for what today’s consumers expect from the professionals they choose.”
Presented annually, the Trex Stellar Service Awards celebrate top-performing TrexPro builders across the company’s eight sales regions, including international. To qualify, contractors must complete enough projects during a 12-month period to rank within the top 25% of all TrexPro builders in their region by project volume and earn the most – and highest – satisfaction ratings in post-build customer surveys.
Based on their impressive skills, project volume and commitment to customer service, the following are the Trex Stellar Service Award winners for 2025 by region:
- Central: Rick Neff of RN Construction (Michigan)
- South Central: Tony Clem of Add-a-Deck of the Rockies (Colorado)
- Northwest: NADRA Member, Tana Mallory of Three 60 Decks (Washington)
- Northeast: Jay Oliver of Long Island Decking (New York)
- South: Adam Kristofco of Precision Deck & Patio (North Carolina)
- Southwest: Guy Zrachya of Palm Construction (California)
- Mid-Atlantic: Nir Elimelch of Samsol Decks (New York)
- International: Phil Wright of Wirral Decking Company (United Kingdom)
Each honoree received a commemorative plaque from Trex along with an award icon added to their profile page on Trex.com. This icon boosts their ranking in the company’s online Find a Builder locator and indicates excellence for homeowners searching for a quality deck builder in their region.
“Stellar Service recognition is driven by customer feedback and reflects the qualities that define our elite Platinum builders – exceptional customer care, superior craftmanship and a continued commitment to using the highest-quality materials,” added Phariss.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, the TrexPro program is the oldest and largest contractor loyalty program in the decking industry. Initially created as an installation and sales training program, the TrexPro initiative has evolved into a platform that helps builders take their businesses to the next level by elevating their profiles, providing them with expert support and, most importantly, connecting them with more customers. To achieve TrexPro status, contractors must demonstrate building expertise adhering to Trex’s industry-leading installation requirements and program guidelines. Based on performance and project volume, contractors are ranked in three tiers – TrexPro, TrexPro Gold and TrexPro Platinum.
