About Us:
OWNER
Steve Kot, owner and president of the Wood Kottage, has been building decks for over 25 years. During this time he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge from his experience, seminars and trade shows. Steve uses all of this knowledge to help create your dream project to be safe, functional, and stunningly appealing.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
You will deal directly with Steve in designing your project through the contract process. As we work out the details of your project, I will be drawing the plans for the deck of your dreams. Your enjoyment of planning your project will be as satisifing as sitting and enjoying your new deck, as hundreds of very happy customers have before you.

OUR CRAFTSMAN
Wood Kottage Decking employs four to five skilled craftsman and uses no outside sub-contractors. We surround ourselves with good people from crew leaders to our helpers. They where selected for their proven work ethic, leadership ability and knowledge. They love building decks and it shows in there impeccable workmanship.

PROFESSIONALISM
Our workers are all polite and enjoy what they do. They arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 AM each morning and show the utmost respect to you, your landscape and your personal property.
